Soil Testing

A comprehensive assessment of mineral and micronutrient status in your soil provides you with an invaluable guide to fertiliser and micronutrient inputs.

Tests include

Total Soil (with PBI) (S7): pH (H2O), pH (CaCl2), EC, S, P, Na, K, Ca, Mg, Al, Cl, Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, B, NH4-N, NO3-N, % Organic Matter, colour, texture, Lime requirement, CEC, Ca/Mg ratio, % Base saturation & PBI.

Plant Testing - Crop & Pasture

An accurate assessment of the nutritional status of your crop or pasture at the time of sampling will enable the rapid identification and treatment of visible or sub-clinical problems. Please note, we do offer specialised analysis services to the Broadacre and Horticultural sectors and we will be pleased to discuss your specific requirements.

Tests include

Total Crop (P3): N, S, P, K, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, B, Na, Mo, Cl, NO3-N.

Basic Pasture Plus (P5): N, S, P, K, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, B, Na, Mo, Co, Se.

Potato or Cotton (P6 or P18): N, S, P, K, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, B, Na, Mo, Cl, NO3-N.

Plant Testing - Fruit / Fruitlet

The mineral composition of fruit at harvest is a key factor in determining fruit quality and storage potential. Analysis carried out just prior to harvest, although very accurate, does not allow you very much time to correct any potential problems. For this reason an early season fruitlet analysis service was developed and is available to give early warning of potential problems. We also provide a general fruit analysis service for fruit varieties at any growth stage.

Tests include

Fruit/Fruitlet (P7): N, S, P, K, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn, Mn, B.

Water Testing

Services are available for all of your water testing requirements. These can include pH, conductivity and nutrient testing in liquid samples, such as nutrient solutions for hydroponics or bore water.

Tests include

Water 3 (M03): NO3-N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, Mn, Zn, B, Cu, Fe, Mo, Cl, pH, EC, Na, NH4-N & HCO3.

Other Testing
