Quarantine Forms

Eurofins APAL has a Bio-Security SA accredited Quarantine Facility (Level 2) and can accept samples without pre-treatment.

The exception to this is samples from vineyards, which are required to provide a filled-out copy of Form CA12 to accompany samples.
